Alan - Who are you and who answers questions?
Sandino - Hi, I’m Sandino from Saint City Orchestra and I’m what you call “the singer” in the band.
Alan - How many times were u playing in Czech republic?
Sandino - Unfortunately, just one single time. We were lucky to get the support show for chechomor in Loket.
That was such a blast, we hope we are able to make it back very soon.
Alan - Where can we check you out?
Sandino - Well, of course you can find us on spotify and iTunes. I think we’re on the most popular streaming
and downloading services. If you want to watch some clips and concerts you can check us out on youtube.
Alan - When someone would have interest in your concerts in Czech Republic, where they can hit
you out?
Sandino - Yeah that’s the problem, as far as I know we won’t be in Czech Republic this year. I’m so sorry.
Alan - Whats your last album, and what are you planing to do?
Sandino - Our latest and also first record is called “CHAOS”. It was quite a ride to record all of the songs and
release them on time. So, for now we’re good. But of course, we will be touring Germany, Austria,
Switzerland and some single shows in other countries all over Europe.Maybe, if we are stuck in some never-ending days on the road, and if we won’t have a hangover, we
will hopefully write and work on some new songs.
Alan - Where in Czech was the best city to play, and why?
Sandino - Of course, Loket. As I said it was our only show in Czech Republic so far.
But it was so beautiful! It was an amphitheater and we played right next to a huge castle. An
unforgettable view and the audience went completely crazy while we were rocking the stage.
Alan - Do you have any favourite festival?
Sandino - Yes, we have, it’s definitely the open air in St. Gallen, it’s our home base.
It’s the only big Festival I know, where you can set up your tent right in front of the main stage if
you are crazy enough. The music and sleeping areas are not separated from each other. That gives
you the possibility to party in Bars all night long without getting kicked out.
Alan - And in foreign countries? do you have any favourite festival or club?
Sandino - We are just starting to play festivals outside of Switzerland this year. So, from the musician’s
perspective we don’t have much experience. But in my twenties, I always went to the southside
festival in Germany. They always had the latest Bands and also the huge ones.
Alan - Do you know any czech musicians or bands?
Sandino - Disregarding chechomor, I don’t know any Czech bands. Shame on me!
Maybe this sounds weird for a punk, but of course I know Bedřich Smetana. One of my favorite
composers in classical music history.
Alan - Would you mind to cooperate with any czech interpert, and if yes with who?
Sandino - Unfortunately, Smetana is already dead.
But I don’t want to be picky. I love to create music, if there is someone out there in your country

Alan - You are a long time on a scene. Do you have any unfulfilled musician dream?
Sandino - Well we are kind of newcomers, no long-term experience so far. So, we still have a lot of unfulfilled
dreams to go for.But one of our biggest dreams is very simple. We hope that the people like what we do and have a
lot of fun at our concerts.
Alan - What 3 songs do people wanna hear on koncerts? and what is your opinion?
Sandino - Definitely “Saint City my Pride”, “A Toast” and “Look like Gold”.
These 3 songs are quite fast, you can dance and sing along very easily.
I think that’s what the audience expects from a good rock concert. They want to be a part of the
show and of course party hard.
Alan - What is your favourite 3 songs from you?
Sandino - I also love the slower songs like “Set Sail” or “Ballade of a haunted soul”.
But at the moment I really love to play “That’s not the end”. This Song just rocks as hell.
Alan - What do you wanna say to your fans in czech republic?
Sandino - Live for the moment, never stop chasing your dreams and keep on rocking as hard as you possibly
can!
