This track is all about growing up on a council estate in the midlands of England in the 1970’s and discovering a love of horror, sci fi films and American comics. As is the discovery of the feminine allure in the form of found adult magazines.
Childhood perceptions of the world are covered which travel between the fantastic and the ordinary (extra ordinary?) Essentially the track is a Gothic coming of age song where a person slowly and gratefully discovers who they are, what they like, and where they belong!
